Which courier company do you use for shipments?
We use FedEx for all international deliveries.
What if I don't receive the product?
If you don’t receive your product within 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected].
What if I entered the wrong address?
That’s why we ask for an alternative shipping address. If the courier can’t deliver to the primary address, they will try the secondary one. We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses.
What if no one is home when the courier arrives?
If the first delivery attempt fails, FedEx will contact the recipient. FedEx policy allows for up to 3 delivery attempts. After that, the package will be returned to the sender.
Can I claim a package if it’s lost?
Yes, if the package is confirmed lost, we will activate insurance for it. This process can take up to 15 business days.
When will the product be shipped?
Once payment is completed, the product will be shipped the next day. Delivery usually takes between 4 and 6 days.
How long will it take to arrive?
Using FedEx, your order should arrive in 4 to 6 business days once shipped. We’ll send you a shipping notice with a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time, but make sure to do it before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s box. If you cancel after the 1st, you’ll be charged and will receive that month’s box.
Is there a fee to cancel the subscription?
No, canceling is completely free.
How can I cancel my subscription?
- Log in to your account and click on “Subscriptions.”
- Click on “Active Subscriptions.”
- Click on “Manage Subscription.”
- Click on “Cancel Subscription.”
- Select the reason for cancellation and provide any feedback.
- Click “Confirm and Cancel Subscription.”
Do I need to subscribe every month?
No, once you subscribe, you are automatically considered for delivery each month unless you request to cancel.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes, you can. You’ll need to subscribe the recipient but use your email for payment details. In the comments section, specify that it’s a gift and for one-time use only.

No, the alfajores we send are selected by us to ensure you get to taste as many different varieties as possible.
How many alfajores will I receive each month?
You will receive between 4 and 8 alfajores each month.
What food safety controls do the products undergo?
To be shipped to the United States, the products must meet FDA approval requirements. We ensure that all products comply with current food safety standards in Argentina. Expiration dates are listed on each package.
